Introduction

Suddenly you can't hear the TV!  The next minute your world goes dark! 
You can't  smell the pizza cooking and your stuffed animal disappeared.
What is happening?


The Task

  • Using Kidspiration you will group pictures by which sense is needed to identify the picture.
  • Each group will describe which sense is the most important and make a poster telling why.

One at a time, share the facts you found.

Discuss ALL the facts.

As a group, decide which 
sense is the most important

Group Work

I did not help with the poster. I did not work with the group. I didn't use my Tiger Traits.

I helped with the poster but only worked with the group when the teacher was around.  I had a hard time using my Tiger Traits!

I helped with the poster .  I tried to include everyone in my group.   I used my Tiger Traits all the time.

 

 

 

 

 


Conclusion

Your senses are very important.  Can you imagine what it would be like to be without your sense of sight?  You wouldn't be able to read this without special help.   Take good care of your senses.  You will need them all of your life!
