MINUTES OF THE MEETING

GRISWOLD COMMUNITY SCHOOL

BOARD OF EDUCATION

October 24, 2009

The Board of Education met for a work session on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at the Griswold High School in the Supt.’s office. President Campbell called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. Board members present were Perdue, Baier, Hansen, Moore, Parker and Amos. Also present were Brd. Sec. Fast and Supt. Kunze.

A motion to approve the agenda was made by Hansen and seconded by Perdue. The motion carried unanimously. There was a discussion of facility goals and prioritizing facility projects. Board goals were reviewed and discussed. Director districts were discussed. The IASB delegate assembly was also discussed. There was no action taken. A motion to adjourn was made at 10:55 a.m. by Parker. Moore seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
