Hi, my name is Miss Misty! I am in my 13th year of teaching. I have taught 3rd grade, kindergarten, and preschool. This is my 9th year teaching preschool.
I was born and raised in the Atlantic area. I now live outside of Walnut with my husband, Michael, our sons, Mack (6), Malcolm (4), and Mason (6 months), as well as our dogs, Willow and Django.
I graduated from Buena Vista University with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. I also have endorsements in Early Childhood, Reading, and Social Studies.
One of my favorite parts of teaching is seeing how much learning happens through play. I look forward to helping your child learn, grow, and have fun this school year!
