Griswold Community School District
The Griswold Community School District is located in southwest Iowa. GCSD serves the communities of Elliott, Grant, Griswold, Lewis and Lyman.
August 2019 a new elementary addition was constructed. This marks the beginning of all grades being in one location.
Grades PreK-5 occupy our new addition with grades 6-12 located in the Middle/High School wing.
The mission of the Griswold Community School District, in partnership with our families and communities,
is to provide leadership for positive change to ensure the best learning opportunities for everyone in a safe and caring environment.
