TLC (Teacher Leadership & Compensation) allows for schools to hire teachers to take on leadership roles within the district to better serve our students. Griswold currently has 2 instructional coaches, 2 mentor teachers, 6 PD collaborators, 2 SEL collaborators, and a communications coordinator.
