Griswold Elementary is a welcoming community of enthusiastic, lifelong learners. We believe learning extends far beyond the classroom so that every learner masters new skills that in turn benefit their home life, community, and future careers.

Our building proudly serves students in preschool through 5th grade with approximately 25 teachers to guide them on their educational journey. We can't wait to connect with you!
 
 

Meet Principal Horton

Mr. Horton began his career as a special education para educator, then as a special education behavior teacher, and finally as an elementary classroom teacher before taking on his principal role for Griswold Elementary in 2015. Throughout his time in education he has strived to maintain a focus on fostering relationships with kids and families to help them find success academically and socially. When not focusing on his students, you can find him at Creighton basketball games or on the boat.
