Laura Michael has been a proud member of the Griswold Community School District for 19 years. She currently serves as a middle school special education teacher and as the Talented and Gifted Instructor for both middle and high school. Over the years, she has also taught high school Spanish as well as sixth grade reading and English. Mrs. Michael is deeply committed to supporting student success and growth, both in and out of the classroom. She finds joy in encouraging students academically while also celebrating their achievements in extracurricular activities and personal pursuits. She and her husband Nick live in Elliott with their two sons, Charlie and Keith. Outside of school, Mrs. Michael enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and engaging in activities that inspire creativity and lifelong learning.
